The red fruit-scented nose is rich and flamboyant and thrilling, with delicate floral notes. Although the attack seems supple, the palate is very well structured and generous revealing hints of spices. Suave, with seamless, fine-grained tannins and good acidity. Extremely pure, refined and elegant.
Regarded as a relatively new, but nonetheless gifted vigneron, Sylvain Dittière follows the ‘old school’ vision of farming and winemaking. His wines are extremely seductive.
